Our Story

Edy and Rhonda met in 2022 while working together in the Supply Chain department — but it didn’t take long for things to go beyond spreadsheets and inventory counts. Friendship was pretty much instant, sealed the day Edy asked Rhonda to go get their nails done together. From that moment on, they were inseparable.

Over the next four years, they discovered they made a great team not just as friends, but as collaborators. From employee engagement initiatives to inventory projects, they learned how well they balance each other — combining organization, creativity, and a shared love of getting things done the right way. Somewhere along the way, they also became Disney buddies, which only solidified the partnership.

As they spent more time planning events, celebrating milestones, and bringing people together, the idea for something bigger started to take shape. They realized they shared a vision of creating fun, memorable experiences for others — the kind where people can relax, celebrate, and enjoy the moment.

That idea eventually became Spirit of the Gator — a mobile bar built on friendship, teamwork, and a passion for bringing great drinks and great people together.
